Once your order is placed we pick and pack your order within 2-5 working days*. Your item will be shipped out as soon as possible, you will receive an email to advise you the item has been shipped and you should receive tracking information from the freight carrier. *in-stock items only
Special order or Custom ordered items are shipped from our warehouse as soon as they are manufactured. Please contact us to enquire about ETA.
We do our best to keep our shipping costs as low as possible, items are shipped on weight as well as size, some items may seem light but can be charged by size.
All our products are packed in the warehouse by our packing team, we take pride in making sure our items are packed so they are not damaged in transit.
*We experience a high number of orders every day, some items may be out of stock when you order. We do out best to keep all items on the shelf, but at times there are overlaps.
*Due to the current situation with Covid 19, Flooding in Parts of NSW & Queensland and Railway Maintenance in WA there are current delays to all freight.
