Q -Do you have all parts advertised on your store in stock?
A - In most cases yes, we carry certain amounts of Core stocks of each item. However if we do run out of an item. It will be on backorder from the supplier/manufacturer. Usually we will ship your order of parts in stock and backorder items will be marked on your invoice and shipped as soon as they arrive back in stock.
Q - Does Backorder mean you will take my money and send me the goods in 12 months time or 2 years time like other vendors?
A -NO way! usually on average we can get items back in stock within 7-14days. Sometimes we can be held up with waiting for manufacturers/distributors. However,we have a 3month maximum wait policy. If it gets to that amount of time we will contact you via email or phone with an accurate time of arrival or refund your order. We will not keep you strung along. A - Unfortunately we do not have a shop front open to the walk in public. We are an online mail order based business, due to our client base being scattered all over Australia & Overseas. We only have a Warehousing Facility located in the Wide Bay area of Queensland. By running our business model like this, it allows us to have much lower overheads and carry more stocked items on the shelf for quick dispatch.
